New podcast series that features interviews and conversations with Lancashire-based migrants "Voices of Lancashire"

The first episode of Voices of Lancashire is now on air. In this episode, the host Lara Momesso, interviews Alessandro, an Italian nurse who arrived in the UK 8 years ago. Listen to Alessandro’s story and explore his journey from Italy to Australia and then the small sea-side town of Thornton Cleveleys in Lancashire, where he finally managed to find a satisfying work/life balance.

Voices of Lancashire is a podcast series that features interviews and conversations with Lancashire-based migrants. The main goal of this podcast is to promote intercultural exchange and challenge stereotypes about immigrants in the UK. It also is a way to know and talk about Lancashire and the UK from the perspective of those who were not born here and arrived as immigrants.

For the next 6 months, every two weeks, a new episode will be on-air.
