2025 IMISCOE Spring Conference

The Regularity of Irregularity: Rethinking Migration Paradigms

Join the next IMISCOE Spring Conference 2025 on 17-19 March, on-site at the University for Continuing Education (UWK), Krems, Austria or online. 3 Keynote speeches, 26 panel sessions and 2 round tables will enable participants to engage in an intensive dialogue on the topic of irregular migration. The keynote speeches will be held by Ferruccio Pastore (FIERI), Caroline Wanjiku Kihato (University of Oxford/Wits University) and Kamal Sadiq (University of California).

If your paper or panel proposal has been accepted to the IMISCOE Spring Conference in Krems don't forget to complete your registration. Registration is now open and possible until March 3, 2025.

There are no fees for participation in the conference. The conference has a hybrid format. This includes online panels on 17 March 2025 and on-site panels on 18 and 19 March 2025. The on-site formats (on-site panels, opening keynotes, roundtables) will allow online participation via Zoom. Registration is required for both on-site and online participation.
