We are looking for an experienced quantitative social scientist with theoretical expertise and interest on prejudice, ethnic discrimination, and immigrant integration. You will have a high degree of independence and responsibility, whilst being part of the University of Oxford's Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS). You will become a member of the coordinating team of the international EQUALSTRENGTH consortium, which aims to investigate cumulative and structural forms of discrimination using experimental methods. You will work in close collaboration with Dr. Mariña Fernández Reino, local project coordinator and Senior Researcher at COMPAS, and Dr. Sanne van Oosten, postdoctoral researcher, as well as the other consortium members.
Ideally, you will be able to start work by 31st March 2024.
